Boustead Singapore wins S$50 m fit-out contract in Singapore

Boustead Singapore Limited (F9D) said on Mar, 24 2026 that its Engineering & Construction subsidiary, Boustead Projects E&C Pte Ltd, has secured a second-phase fit-out contract in Singapore valued at more than 50 million Singapore dollars from a repeat Fortune 500 client.

The latest scope covers over 5,500 square metres within an integrated manufacturing, logistics and office facility that the subsidiary completed in 2024; the first phase achieved the Building & Construction Authority’s Green Mark Platinum rating with Health & Wellbeing and Intelligence badges.

With this award, the Real Estate Solutions Division’s order backlog rises to 343 million Singapore dollars, while the Boustead Group’s engineering order backlog increases to 506 million Singapore dollars.

The contract is not expected to materially affect the group’s earnings for the financial year ending Mar, 31 2026, but is projected to have a material impact on profitability for the year ending Mar, 31 2027.
