China Renewable Energy Investment Limited (CH RENEW EN INV) has reported no changes in either its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to the company’s latest monthly return filed on 2 July 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Authorised/registered share capital remained unchanged at HKD 150.00 million, comprising 9.00 billion ordinary shares and 6.00 billion preference shares, both with a par value of HKD 0.01.

The issued share base was likewise stable: 2,506,157,464 ordinary shares were outstanding at both the beginning and end of June, with no treasury shares held. Consequently, the total issued share capital stayed at HKD 25.06 million (based on the HKD 0.01 par value).

Management confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement. The filing also shows no activity in share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments during the period.
