On 31 October 2025, Shanyu Group Holdings Company Limited (Stock Code: 8245) announced that Executive Director, Authorised Representative, and Compliance Officer, Mr. Yeung Shing Wai, will resign from his positions effective the same date. The decision allows him to devote more time to personal endeavors. According to the company, Mr. Yeung has no disagreements with the Board, and there are no matters that need to be brought to shareholders’ attention regarding this resignation.

With effect from 31 October 2025, Executive Director, Mr. Chu Wai Biu, will assume the roles of Authorised Representative and Compliance Officer, filling the positions previously held by Mr. Yeung. The Board has expressed appreciation for Mr. Yeung’s contributions to the company over his term of service.

As of the date of the announcement, the Board comprises two executive directors—Ms. Wong Ming Kwan Victoria and Mr. Chu Wai Biu—and four independent non-executive directors—Mr. Choi Pun Lap, Ms. Ip Sin Nam, Mr. Yu Lap Pan, and Ms. Chow Ching Man.
