Capital Environment Holdings Limited filed its monthly return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming that there were no changes to either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

Authorised share capital remained at HKD 5.00 billion, split between: • 33.68 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, representing HKD 3.37 billion of authorised capital. • 16.32 million cumulative perpetual non-voting, non-convertible offshore preference shares with a par value of HKD 100, representing HKD 1.63 billion of authorised capital.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 14.29 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. The company affirmed full compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 per cent.

No options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding, and there were no repurchases or redemptions reported for the month.
