EB Grand China Publishes Circular on New Deposit and Loan Service Framework Agreements, Convenes Extraordinary General Meeting

20 May 2026—Everbright Grand China Assets Limited (EB Grand China) has released a circular detailing (1) a major and continuing connected transaction involving a new Deposit Service Framework Agreement and (2) a continuing connected transaction concerning a new Loan Service Framework Agreement. The circular also includes the notice of an upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).

Both the English and Chinese versions of the circular and related corporate communication are now available on the company’s website (www.ebgca.com.hk) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders may obtain printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications free of charge by completing the accompanying Request Form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing is-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders who prefer to receive the materials electronically should provide their email addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a functional email address is on record, notices of publication will be dispatched in printed form.
