According to CNOOC Limited, effective 20 October 2025, Executive Director, Vice Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Zhou Xinhuai has resigned from all of these positions. He also ceased to serve on the company’s Strategy and Sustainability Committee as of the same date.
Mr. Zhou confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board and no matter requiring attention by shareholders, The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, or the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The Board extends its sincere gratitude for his contributions to the company and the offshore oil industry.
