广东晶科电子股份有限公司（02551）8月10日晚间发布盈利预警称，根据对未经审计综合管理账目的初步审阅，公司预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月实现营业收入约10.75亿至11.00亿元，较上一财年同期下降约1%至3%；期内将录得净亏损约0.53亿至0.58亿元，而上一财年同期为净利润1,123万元。
公司表示，业绩下滑主要因三方面因素：一是汽车行业及高端照明行业竞争加剧，导致汽车智能整灯及高端照明产品销售单价和收入阶段性下滑；二是为推动未来业务发展，公司持续投入建设领为视觉汽车零部件（广州）有限公司大湾区总部项目，投产前费用上升；三是贵金属、PCB材料等原材料价格上涨推高产品成本。
尽管整体业绩承压，公司指出业务结构持续优化。依托Mini LED核心竞争优势，新型显示业务实现收入逆势增长；车规级LED器件和模组保持稳健增长。公司称，其汽车智能视觉、新型显示及高端照明三大板块的协同布局，有助于对冲产业周期波动。
公告提醒，目前披露的数据未经独立核数师审阅，最终中期业绩将于2026年8月底前正式发布。公司提示投资者买卖公司证券时应保持审慎。
