Future Data corrects share-option attribution in 2025 annual report; totals unchanged

Bulletin Express
Jun 25

Future Data Group Limited announced a clerical error in the “Share Option Scheme” section of its 2025 annual report released on 28 April 2026.

The report had erroneously shown that 4.80 million share options granted to former executive director Cheung Ting Bong (grant date: 16 May 2023) lapsed during 2025. The company clarified that no options granted to Cheung lapsed; instead, the 4.80 million options that expired were those granted on 15 January 2024 under the “Other Employees” category.

After the correction: • Cheung Ting Bong retains 4.80 million outstanding options as at 31 December 2025. • The “Other Employees” tranche now records 4.80 million options lapsed, with none outstanding.

Aggregate figures remain intact: total options lapsed in 2025 stay at 4.80 million, and total outstanding options at year-end remain 14.40 million.

The board confirmed that all other disclosures in the annual report are accurate and require no further amendment.
