CREALITY Confirms Stable Share Capital and Sufficient Public Float in September 2026 Filing

Shenzhen Creality 3D Technology Co., Ltd. (CREALITY) filed its monthly return for the period ended 30 September 2026, reporting no changes in either registered share capital or issued share count.

CREALITY’s registered share capital remained at RMB 477.85 million, representing 477.85 million ordinary H-shares with a par value of RMB 1.00 each. The issued share base was unchanged at the same level, with no treasury shares outstanding and no movement in share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments during the month.

The company confirmed compliance with Hong Kong Main Board Rule 13.32D(1) regarding public float. At listing, the minimum prescribed public float threshold for CREALITY’s H-shares was 17.9 percent of total issued shares, and the issuer affirmed that this requirement continued to be met as at 30 September 2026.

The submission, signed by Company Secretary Yeung Siu Wai Kitty on 7 October 2026, contains no additional equity-related transactions or changes for the reporting period.
