根据最新公告，力量发展集团有限公司宣布，针对截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息安排，将于2026年7月31日派发第二期股息每股0.01港元。
公告显示，公司本次股息的除净日为2026年5月22日，最后过户登记日为2026年5月26日16时30分，股份过户登记将自2026年5月27日起至5月29日暂停办理，记录日期为2026年5月29日。本次股息发放将通过香港中央证券登记有限公司办理。
截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息合共每股6.0港仙以四期方式派付，包括2026年6月10日及2026年7月31日各派付每股1.0港仙，2026年8月31日及2026年9月30日各派付每股2.0港仙。
公司董事会由七名董事组成，包括三名执行董事：具文忠先生（主席）、李波先生（行政总裁）及纪坤朋先生；一名非执行董事：张琳女士；以及三名独立非执行董事：刘佩莲女士、陈量暖先生及薛慧女士。
