回购完成后，公司已发行股本变更为2,434,031,512股，库存股份增至5,497,000股，总股本维持2,439,528,512股。公告显示，回购授权于2026年4月23日获股东大会批准，授权回购股份总数为243,952,851股，公司已累计回购5,497,000股，占授权时已发行股本的0.2253%。公司进一步确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书吴三燕签署。
