中国再生能源投资公布2026年中期财务信息：报告期内实现营收7,074万港元，同比去年同期的9,418万港元下降25%。基于公告数据，同期销售成本由6,130万港元升至6,544.5万港元，导致毛利从3,287.8万港元降低至530万港元，毛利率从34.90%下降至约7.49%。同期行政费用从1,662万港元增至2,177.5万港元，费用水平有所上升。经营活动现金流入约为3,279万港元，相比去年同期的1,285万港元大幅增长，主要系期间收到部分分红及应收账款回款所致。

业务分项

集团在甘肃、河北、黑龙江、河南、内蒙古及浙江合计运营八个风力电站与一个分布式太阳能项目，总装机容量738兆瓦。受上半年风况不佳、限电率提升等影响，多数风电场发电量同比下降：黑龙江地区的牡丹江与穆棱项目下降8.3%，内蒙古四子王旗一期及二期合计下降34.5%，河北单晶河风场下降12.8%，甘肃昌马风场则小幅增长1.5%，河北绿脑包风场下降12.9%，河南嵩县项目下降27.8%，浙江南浔分布式光伏下降20.8%。管理层指出，限电较往年增高以及部分项目相继达到政府规定的补贴发电量上限，是导致收入同比下滑的重要原因之一。
