中广核新能源（香港联交所股票代码：01811）于2026年9月24日发布公告，自当月1日至24日，先后多次于联交所场内回购公司普通股，累计回购9,891,000股，占购回授权通过当日公司已发行股本约0.231%。据公告，9月24日当日回购856,000股，总支付金额1,713,800港元（折合约171.38万港元），回购价格介乎每股1.985港元至2.015港元。
公告显示，9月1日至24日期间，上述回购股份对应支付总金额约2,079.01万港元。公司已发行股份总数于9月24日维持在4,289,924,000股，库藏股数为0股。公司购回授权获股东于2026年5月28日通过，授权购回股份总数为428,992,400股。截至公告日期，公司于交易所或其他证券交易场所累计已回购9,891,000股。
