Yum China Considers Quarterly Dividend, Board Decision Anticipated by 30 July 2026

Yum China Holdings, Inc. (Yum China) disclosed on 17 July 2026 that its board of directors is evaluating the declaration and payment of a quarterly dividend. A formal resolution, if pursued, is scheduled for adoption on or around 30 July 2026 (Beijing/Hong Kong Time).

The company cautioned that, as of the announcement date, no resolution has been passed and there is no assurance the dividend will be declared.

Yum China’s board is chaired by Dr. Fred Hu and includes Chief Executive Officer Ms. Joey Wat as an executive director, along with ten independent directors: Ms. Mikel A. Durham, Mr. Edouard Ettedgui, Ms. Grace Xin Ge, Mr. David Hoffmann, Ms. Ruby Lu, Mr. Zili Shao, Mr. William Wang, Mr. Zhe (David) Wei, Ms. Min (Jenny) Zhang and Ms. Christina Xiaojing Zhu.
