根据周二提交给美国证券交易委员会的4号表格显示，自2005年起担任耐克首席独立董事及董事会成员的库克，于本周一以每股58.97美元的平均价格购入5万股耐克股票。
库克目前共持有约10.5万股这家运动鞋制造商的股票。
耐克股价周二微涨0.2%至57.34美元，盘后交易中再涨1.76%至58.35美元。夜盘涨超2%。由于这家运动巨头正努力重回正轨，其股价年内累计下跌约25%，甚至低于十年前的水平。
上周耐克公布截至去年11月的第二财季利润报告后，股价应声下跌超10%。
