江西生物製品研究所股份有限公司（06915）7月26日披露公告称，公司全球发售的稳价价格期已于2026年7月25日结束。稳价操作人中国国际金融香港证券有限公司及其联属人士在稳价期间采取的相关行动及结果如下：
— 国际发售阶段共计进行5,435,000股H股的超额分配，占全球发售项下初步可供认购股份总数（超额配股权行使前）的15.0%。
— 稳价期间在市场上连续购入合计5,435,000股H股，以交付前述超额分配股份，购买价格区间介乎每股7.40港元至10.46港元（不含1.0%经纪佣金、0.0027%证监会交易徵费、0.00015%会财局交易徵费及0.00565%联交所交易费），所涉股份数量亦占全球发售初步可供认购股份总数的15.0%。
— 稳价操作人最后一次在市场上购股的时间为2026年6月30日，成交价为每股9.78港元（不含相关交易费用）。
公告同时指出，整体协调人在稳价期间未行使超额配股权，相关权利已于2026年7月25日失效，故不会因超额配股权再发行任何H股。
稳价期结束后，公司表示已符合并将继续遵守香港联交所上市规则第19A.13A(1)条所规定的公众持股量要求。
