山东威高集团医用高分子制品股份有限公司（01066.HK）于2026年2月6日发布翌日披露报表，披露在同日于香港联合交易所场内回购12万股H股，约占公司现有已发行股本的0.0027%。回购价介乎每股5.26港元至5.30港元，合计付出约63.4万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数仍为4,522,332,324股，其中4,481,523,924股为已发行在外股份，40,808,400股列作库藏股。公司购回授权的决议通过日期为2025年5月27日，授权可回购股份总数为451,560,392股，至今已累计回购34,160,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的7.5649%。
公司同时确认，上述股份购回行为已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书黄妙玲签署。
