新确科技（01063）于2026年8月5日发布翌日报表，公告显示，公司于同日实施股份合并，将每五(5)股每股面值0.006港元之已发行及未发行股份合并为一(1)股每股面值0.030港元之股份。本次合并前，公司已发行股份总数为1,538,536,566股，合并后减少至307,707,313股，降幅约80%。
该公告指出，本次股份合并已获得董事会正式授权并符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定。上述变动完成后，公司已发行股本相应调整为307,707,313股，库存股份数目保持不变。
