智云健康（09955）7月24日公告称，基于对集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，预计将录得约人民币10百万元至约人民币60百万元的综合净亏损。相比截至2025年6月30日止六个月录得的约人民币642.9百万元综合净亏损，公司预计亏损同比减少约90.7%至98.4%。
公司表示，亏损大幅减少主要由于两方面因素：第一，与2025年确认的战略性业务剥离及一次性特定拨备相关的减值损失影响显著减弱；第二，人工智能+P2M核心业务的持续发展带动经营表现改善。
公告强调，上述数据基于初步评估，未经独立核数师或董事会审核委员会审阅，实际业绩可能与预告存在差异。公司预计将在2026年8月底前发布中期业绩公告。
