JUTAL OIL SER (03303) announced that as of 4:00 p.m. on March 11, 2026, all 160 million unsubscribed rights shares have been successfully placed with nine independent placees at the placing price of HK$0.16 per share, which is equivalent to the subscription price. Consequently, there is no net proceeds available for distribution to non-acting shareholders under the compensation arrangement. Based on the level of acceptances for the rights issue and the results of the placing under the compensation arrangement, a total of 356 million rights shares, including the unsubscribed rights shares, will be allotted and issued. This represents 100% of the total number of rights shares available for subscription under the rights issue.
