晨讯科技集团有限公司（02000）8月11日公告称，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审核综合管理账目的初步审阅，预期期间将录得本公司拥有人应占亏损介乎约5,000,000港元至20,000,000港元；而上年同期则录得拥有人应占溢利约8,800,000港元。
董事会指出，业绩由盈转亏的主要原因包括：总营业额较去年同期下降、材料成本上升、期内研发投入增加，以及投资性物业减值。
公司同时表示，仍在落实集团金融资产及投资物业的公平值变动，并对若干流动及非流动资产进行减值评估；相关结果最终确定后，上述亏损数字或将调整。
