This comprises 3,089,837,895 H shares (par value RMB 1 each) and 2,302,682,490 A shares (par value RMB 1 each). There was no change in authorised share capital over the reporting period.
According to the announcement, the issued H shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 29,165,400 to 3,033,646,195, while treasury H shares increased by the same amount to 56,191,700. Similarly, the issued A shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 42,914,300 to 2,217,619,250, and treasury A shares increased to 85,063,240 by the same margin. These changes primarily stemmed from share repurchases carried out during November 2025 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for H shares and on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for A shares.
