MIN XIN HOLD (00222) announced its annual results for the 2025 fiscal year. The group recorded total revenue of HK$255 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 12.73%. Annual profit reached HK$119.6 million, a significant growth of 36.38% compared to the previous year. Basic earnings per share stood at HK20.03 cents. The company stated that its profit attributable to shareholders for 2025 was HK$119.6 million. This marks an increase of HK$31.9 million, or 36.4%, compared to the HK$87.7 million recorded in 2024. The primary reasons for the profit growth were foreign exchange gains resulting from the appreciation of the Renminbi against the Hong Kong dollar during the review period. Additionally, a one-time foreign exchange loss related to the reduction in registered capital at Sanyuan Microfinance was approximately HK$15.02 million lower than the previous year.
