新时代集团控股授予董事股份购回授权，规模达已发行股本一成

新时代集团控股有限公司（港交所：00166）公告，董事会拟于2026年6月23日召开的股东周年大会上，寻求股东批准授予一般及无条件授权，以购回不超过2026年股东大会通过授权当日公司已发行股份总数（不包括库存股份，如有）的10%。截至最后可行日期2026年4月24日，公司已发行股份总数为8,741,776,988股。若授权获通过，公司最多可购回874,177,698股。

公司指出，购回将根据公司细则、百慕达相关法律及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则（以下简称“上市规则”）进行，所需资金将来自公司法定可用于股份购回的资金。董事会认为，适时进行股份购回有利于提升公司资产净值和每股盈利，符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。

公告还显示，在2025年4月至2026年4月期间，新时代集团控股股份于联交所的最高月内收市价为每股0.062港元（于2025年6月），最低月内收市价为每股0.038港元（于2025年12月及2026年4月）。

此外，上述年度股东大会的股权登记日为2026年6月23日，公司将自2026年6月17日至2026年6月23日期间暂停办理股份过户手续。董事会同时提议继续委任安永会计师事务所为公司独立核数师。
