SHANGRI-LA ASIA (00069) announced that Mr. Zhao Ruquan will be appointed as an Executive Director and member of the Executive Committee, effective March 30, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Zhao will assume the role of Group Chief Financial Officer on the same date, succeeding the current Group CFO and Group Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Cai Zhiwei. Following this change, Mr. Cai will continue serving as Group Chief Investment Officer and Executive Director on the Board.
