4. Share Issuance Mandate • Directors request a general mandate to issue up to 20% of the issued share capital, representing 192.00 million new shares, with an additional 10% extension linked to any shares repurchased. No immediate issuance is planned.
5. Key Administrative Details • Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 4:00 p.m., 24 September 2026. • The register of members will be closed from 25 to 30 September 2026 inclusive. • Proxy forms must reach Union Registrars by 11:00 a.m., 28 September 2026.
