Renaissance Asia (HK: 00274) has announced that Mr. Zhang Zhen has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company, citing his need to dedicate more time to his other business commitments.
The resignation, effective from August 31, 2026, also entails Mr. Zhang stepping down from his roles as chairman of the remuneration committee, as well as a member of both the audit committee and the nomination committee.
