CH GENERAL EDU (02175) has announced that Ms. Zhang Zhonghua has stepped down as Executive Director and a member of the Board's Nomination Committee, effective from the date of this announcement. This change is to allow her to focus on her role as Vice President of the college and her ongoing development, which require more of her time and energy.
Simultaneously, Ms. Tian Yan has been appointed as an Executive Director and a member of the Board's Nomination Committee, with the appointment taking effect from August 10, 2026.
