4月20日，保温材料分销商Topbuild涨超16%， QXO Inc跌超7%。
消息面上，当地时间2026年4月19日，北美建筑产品分销巨头QXO公司宣布已达成最终收购协议，拟以约170亿美元收购TopBuild公司。
本次交易将大幅拓展QXO在建材全产业链的业务规模与综合实力，收购完成后将即刻显著提升公司盈利水平。公开资料显示，TopBuild是北美规模最大的保温材料及相关建材分销商与施工服务商，本次合并将整合双方优势，依托QXO在屋面建材、防水建材、木材类建材及配套产品领域的龙头地位，叠加TopBuild在保温材料领域的核心能力，打造更高毛利业务体系，为客户提供更全面的增值服务。
目前该交易已获得两家公司董事会全票通过，尚需满足常规交割条件，包括两家公司股东表决批准，预计于2026年第三季度完成交割。
