WeChat Introduces Nine New Features in April Update, Including "Interview Log" in Revamped Enterprise Version

On May 11, it was reported that WeChat has rolled out nine new functionalities in its April update. The enhancements include an upgraded AI-native integration capability for WeChat Pay, a further improved growth plan for the WeChat AI Mini Program, and the launch of features such as "Interview Log" in the new version of WeChat for Work. Additionally, the "WeChat Emoji Assistant" mini-program has been introduced, while the in-app purchase incentive program for mini-games has been upgraded once more. New merchants on WeChat Shop are now eligible for six major benefits. The Video Channels Assistant has also been enhanced and relaunched, along with the introduction of "Personal Profile Promotion" on Video Channels. Furthermore, WeChat Stickers now support the posting of original images.
