好孩子国际大升逾 20%，消息面上，好孩子国际及要约人Crystal Aurora International Ltd.联合公布，于2026年9月27日，要约人要求董事会向计划股东提呈建议，倘经批准及实施，将导致公司私有化及撤销股份于联交所的上市地位。建议将透过计划的方式实施。
根据建议，计划股份将被注销及剔除，作为其代价，各计划股东将有权就每股被注销及剔除的计划股份收取现金注销价1.50港元及购股权要约将予作出。计划股份注销价较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报收市价每股1.08港元溢价约38.89%。根据建议及购股权要约，要约人应付的最高现金代价将约为13.22亿港元(假设所有要约购股权持有人于记录日期前行使其尚未行使的购股权以成为计划股东)。
于公告日期，要约人由宋郑还先生全资拥有。宋郑还先生为公司主席及执行董事，负责董事会的有效运作和集团的业务战略领导。彼亦曾自2010年11月24日至2016年1月15日期间担任公司行政总裁。宋郑还先生为集团创办人，在儿童用品行业拥有逾30年经验。
