JIMU GROUP (08187) has issued a profit warning, announcing that it expects to record a consolidated net loss of approximately HK$6.5 million for the first half of 2026. This marks a significant increase of about 66.7% compared to the net loss of roughly HK$3.9 million reported for the six months ended June 30, 2025.

According to the company's board, the anticipated rise in the net loss for the first half of 2026 is primarily attributed to a decline in gross profit margin. This downturn stems from the execution of bulk wholesale transactions at lower profit margins during the period, a strategy implemented to clear out certain by-products.

The announcement reflects ongoing operational adjustments within JIMU GROUP, as the company navigates inventory management challenges while facing pressure on its bottom-line performance.
