康龙化成发布公告，董事会建议派发截至2025年12月31日止年度之末期现金股息，每10股派发2元人民币，相当于每股0.20元人民币。该方案须待股东周年大会批准后实施，最终派息日预计不晚于2026年8月底，具体除净日、过户登记日及汇率细节仍有待公布。
根据公告，公司将在获得股东批准后向于纪录日期名列公司股东名册的股东派付此股息。本次股息以港元形式派发，具体汇率亦将于稍后公布。公司香港股份过户登记处为卓佳证券登记有限公司，地址位于香港夏慤道16号远东金融中心17楼，股东可按照后续公布的信息办理过户手续及其他相关事宜。
