On November 11, 2025, the lender (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of EPI (HOLDINGS) (00689) in New Zealand) entered into a loan agreement with Ignition International Design Company Limited (the borrower and mortgagor) and a guarantor. The lender agreed to provide the borrower with a loan facility of NZD 1.44 million (approximately HKD 6.336 million), with a repayment term of twelve (12) months.
