Nanhua Futures Co., Ltd. announced a planned replacement of its audit service providers, aiming to appoint Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP as domestic auditor and Ernst & Young as overseas auditor for the 2026 financial year. The proposal includes discontinuing the services of current domestic auditor Pan-China Certified Public Accountants LLP and overseas auditor Confucius International CPA Limited.

Both outgoing auditors have been consulted and expressed no objection to the transition. The board conveyed its appreciation for their professional contributions. A circular outlining the proposed change and the notice of the 2025 annual shareholders’ meeting will be dispatched to shareholders in due course.
