2026年8月21日，江苏宏信超市连锁股份有限公司（02625，以下简称“江苏宏信”）披露盈利预告。公司预计，截至2026年6月30日止六个月，本公司拥有人应占溢利约2,170万元，同比2025年同期约1,250万元增长73.6%。
公司表示，本期无2025年同期因全球发售及上市产生的上市开支约1,260万元，是溢利同比上升的主要原因。
若将2025年同期的上市开支剔除，2025年同期经调整溢利约为2,610万元。其中，报告期内溢利约1,350万元，加回上市开支约1,260万元。按此经调整基准计算，江苏宏信预计2026年上半年溢利约2,230万元，同比减少约14.6%。
江苏宏信指出，相关数据基于未经审计的管理账目，最终中期业绩将在2026年8月底前正式披露。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者谨慎买卖公司股份。
