HOMELAND ITL Buys Back 1.08 Million Shares, Treasury Stock Rises to 7.39 Million

Homeland Interactive Technology Ltd. (HOMELAND ITL) repurchased 1.08 million ordinary shares on 10 June 2026 via on-market transactions, paying a total of HKD 1.47 million at prices between HKD 1.36 and HKD 1.38 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 1.3613.

Following the buyback, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.08% to 1.276 billion shares, while treasury shares increased from 6.31 million to 7.39 million. The overall share count, including treasury shares, remained unchanged at 1.283 billion.

The repurchase was executed under the mandate granted on 17 June 2025, which permits the company to buy back up to 128.34 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this authority now total 7.39 million shares, equivalent to 0.58% of the shares outstanding at the time the mandate was approved.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, HOMELAND ITL is barred from issuing new shares or selling/transferring treasury shares until 10 July 2026.
