2026年9月24日，中国铁路通信信号股份有限公司（03969）公告称，公司在2026年7月至8月期间中标三项铁路市场重要项目，中标总金额约9.76亿元，占公司中国会计准则下2025年经审计营业总收入的2.81%。\n\n具体项目如下：\n\n1. 内蒙古阿拉善高新技术产业开发区巴音敖包工业园铁路专用线项目，中标金额5.29亿元。线路全长7.977公里，公司将负责该项目建设及运营工作，建设工期约18个月，合同自双方法定代表人或授权代理人签字并加盖公章或合同专用章之日起生效。\n\n2. 中国铁塔福建省分公司2026年高铁公网覆蓋5G改造工程二期（7条线路）施工采购标段1项目，中标金额2.9亿元。公司负责通信系统施工建设，项目执行周期约9个月，质保期24个月，合同总期限33个月。\n\n3. 中铁武汉电气化局集团有限公司新建西安至重庆高速铁路安康至重庆段正线局界至重庆西及樊哙经开州至万州连接线“四电”系统集成及相关工程XYKYRD–1标段第七批二次自购物资公开招标轨道电路材料、设备采购项目，中标金额1.57亿元。线路全长353.002公里，设计行车速度350公里/小时，公司负责轨道电路设备供货，项目执行周期约28个月，质保期24个月，总期限52个月。\n\n公司表示，上述项目跨年分期实施，对当期业绩影响具有不确定性；合同条款以正式签订文件为准，尚存在未签约的不确定性风险。
