莱尔斯丹控股有限公司（「莱尔斯丹」；股份代号：00738）于2026年3月19日发布翌日披露报表，宣布当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股426,000股，占公司已发行股本约0.06035%。此次回购的每股价格为0.33港元，合计涉资约14.06万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍为705,895,060股，库藏股数维持在0股。本次回购基于2025年7月14日通过的购回授权，授权总额为70,589,506股，截至目前已回购总数为9,830,000股。莱尔斯丹方面确认，此次回购符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
