Catalyst for the Move

On June 4th, the company announced that preliminary data from the Ib/II phase clinical trial of its self-developed bispecific fusion protein drug candidate, IMC-002 (IMM0306), for patients with moderate-to-severe active systemic lupus erythematosus was presented in a poster session at the 2026 European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology Annual Congress.

The data indicated that IMC-002 achieved deep B-cell depletion while demonstrating excellent safety and tolerability, with robust and durable clinical efficacy.

Drug Mechanism Details

IMC-002 is a bispecific fusion protein targeting CD20 and CD47. Its unique molecular design is intended to function through a dual mechanism: utilizing the CD20 target to mediate antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity on one hand, and blocking the CD47 "don't eat me" signal to enhance antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis on the other, thereby more efficiently clearing pathogenic B cells.
