Hengan International Group Company Limited (Hengan Int’l) reported that Mr. Sze Man Bok—co-founder, Chairman, Executive Director and member of the Nomination Committee—passed away on 29 September 2026. Mr. Sze brought more than 40 years of experience in China’s personal and household-hygiene sector and had led the Group since its establishment in 1985, helping build it into one of the country’s largest manufacturers and distributors in the segment.

The Board expressed deep condolences and conveyed appreciation for Mr. Sze’s leadership and strategic vision. It also stated that his passing is not expected to affect the Group’s current operations and reaffirmed its commitment to further strengthening and developing the business.

Chief Executive Officer Mr. Hui Ching Lau has assumed the role of Acting Chairman. As of 30 September 2026, the Board comprises five executive directors (Hui Ching Lau, Xu Da Zuo, Sze Wong Kim, Hui Ching Chi and Li Wai Leung), one non-executive director (Xu Wenmo) and four independent non-executive directors (Ada Ying Kay Wong, Ho Kwai Ching Mark, Theil Paul Marin and Chen Chuang).
