公司管理层对此决定表示异议，并决定立即启动上诉程序。根据纳斯达克相关规定，公司将在规定时限内向纳斯达克听证委员会提交上诉请求，要求对退市决定进行复审。
在上诉期间，公司普通股将继续在纳斯达克资本市场维持交易状态，股票代码"TLIH"保持不变。公司表示将积极采取一切必要措施维护上市地位，同时继续专注于业务运营与战略发展规划。
