HANS CNC (03200) saw its share price jump more than 12% in late trading, last up 11.66% at HK$114 with turnover reaching HK$240 million.

On the news front, Shengyi Electronics has released a major expansion announcement, committing funds to build a high-end HDI circuit board project. This move strategically targets the booming AI computing and automotive electronics sectors, further intensifying its layout in high-end PCB production capacity.

According to Wanyuan Securities, mainstream PCB manufacturers are accelerating their expansion efforts, which is expected to boost demand for upstream equipment and materials. The brokerage recommends focusing on leading players in fields such as copper-clad laminate materials, drilling, and exposure equipment.

China Merchants Securities notes that HANS CNC is the global leader in PCB equipment, currently in a new phase of high-quality growth. The firm continues to favor the company's dual leadership in mechanical drilling and laser drilling (ultrafast), with its platform-based expansion strategy beginning to deliver accelerated results. Amid downstream computing-related PCB expansion and technological upgrade trends, the brokerage is optimistic about HANS CNC's core position, technological leadership, product premiumization, and long-term prospects in the PCB equipment industry, expecting sustained earnings beats.
