No options were exercised, and no new shares were issued under the schemes during the month.

Liquidity and Capital Structure With no change in total authorised or issued share capital and only a marginal 0.05% contraction in outstanding shares, the company’s overall capital structure remains stable. The accumulation of treasury shares provides flexibility for future capital management initiatives, while current public float levels continue to satisfy Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements.

The filing was authorised by Company Secretary Mr. Cheung Wai Hung, who confirmed that all regulatory and corporate governance obligations related to the September share movements have been met.
