齐合环保集团有限公司（00976）8月19日在港交所发布自愿性公告称，公司已就历时逾一年的接管人相关法律诉讼提交终止诉讼通知书。公告显示，当日公司以原告身份向香港特别行政区高等法院递交了终止诉讼通知，并已向已出庭应诉的各被告送达相关文件。 根据公司历次公告，涉诉事项源自2018年7月5日订立、金额最高达3亿美元的银团定期贷款融资协议。此后公司曾于2024年4月3日披露付款违约情况，并自2025年5月20日至2026年7月7日期间多次发布公告，涉及接管人对若干全资附属公司股份的接管、发出传讯令状及资产处置等事宜。2026年7月31日，接管人完成对Scholz集团的出售。 公司董事会表示，终止诉讼符合公司及股东整体利益。公司将继续就该交易可能采取的行动向顾问咨询，并向接管人进一步了解交易详情；后续信息将依照上市规则适时披露。 交易状态方面，齐合环保股份自2025年4月1日9时起已在联交所暂停买卖。目前暂停交易状态仍然维持，直至公司履行复牌指引并另行通知。
