回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）数量由2025年11月27日的782,159,186股减少至782,124,186股，占比约0.00447%。库藏股份则由6,290,814股增至6,325,814股，公司总发行股份数维持在788,450,000股不变。公司2025年5月16日通过的购回授权余额显示可回购股份上限为78,764,480股，其中已回购的数量累计达到6,254,800股，占授权通过日已发行股本的约0.79411%。
公司强调，本次股份购回已遵循香港联合交易所有限公司的主板上市规则及相关法例程序。本公告由公司秘书黄建昕签署。
