截至2025年9月30日，东方支付集团控股有限公司实现营收约721.6万港元，同比去年同期的1,947.4万港元下降约63%。同期经调整净亏损为1,905.7万港元，相比上一年同期的1,592.0万港元，亏损额扩大约20%。报告期内毛利约187.6万港元，毛利率由上年同期的约24.1%提升至约26.0%。经营活动所用现金净额为约207.0万港元，较上年同期的14.2万港元进一步减少。
成本结构方面，一般行政开支约826.3万港元，较去年同期略有下降，销售及分销成本同比减少约19%。管理层指出，销售与市场推广投入的减少与报告期内相关业务收单交易下滑相呼应。
业务分项
公司主要在泰国和菲律宾开展商户收单业务。报告期内泰国地区依旧贡献主体收入，受到中国游客锐减及外部安全事件影响，下滑幅度明显；菲律宾市场虽然基数较小，但数据显示收入规模同比上升，主要来自市场推广与分销服务收入的增量。
