维力生活科技有限公司(股份代号：1703)于香港联交所主板上市，公司公告称，获得股东大会一般授权，董事会可在授权期间内回购最多相当于已发行股本10%的股份。据悉，截至最后实际可行日期，公司已发行股份总数为1,150,000,000股，上述授权对应的股份数量最多为115,000,000股。
本次股份购回计划将依据开曼群岛公司法及香港上市规则进行，公司可从溢利或其他获允许的资金来源拨付购回所需款项。公司董事会表示，适时回购有助于提升每股价值，并可能增强股东回报。该董事会同时强调，回购将以维护公司整体发展及股东利益为前提。
根据公告，相关授权自股东大会通过之日起生效，直至下届股东大会结束或被股东于大会上撤销为止。公司提醒，投票及决议细节以正式公告为准。
