据公告，公司将动用内部资金进行股份购回，并将严格遵守适用的开曼群岛法律及香港上市规则。董事会认为，若适时实施相关回购，有助于提升公司资产净值和每股收益，从而更好地维护股东利益。根据公告，近十二个月以来，公司股价最高达到每股2.19港元，最低为每股0.425港元。公司亦拟于2026年9月18日召开股东周年大会，就回购授权等事项进行审议。公告同时显示，公司拟宣布派发截至2026年3月31日止年度的期末股息，每股0.028港元。董事会表示，此举旨在为股东创造更优回报和调整资本结构，符合公司及全体股东的最佳利益。
