马可数字科技控股有限公司（01942）8月18日公告披露，其供股计划的接纳结果显示，截至2026年8月11日16时，共收到4份有效申请及接纳，涉及190,251,021股供股股份，占本次可供认购股份总数686,130,289股的约27.73%。 受此影响，尚有495,879,268股供股股份未获认购，占可供认购股份总数的约72.27%。公司已根据香港联交所上市规则第7.21(1)(b)条启动补偿安排，委任配售代理在2026年8月25日16时前以尽力基准向独立承配人配售上述未获认购股份。任何高于供股认购价的溢价将按比例分配予不行动作股东。若仍有股份未能成功配售，公司将不予发行，相应缩减供股规模。 公告同时提醒，供股需满足《供股章程》中列明的条件方可作实，若条件未达成，供股将不会进行。公司计划于2026年9月2日公布补偿式配售结果及每股配售股份的净收益。 截至记录日期，公司已发行股份总数为1,372,260,578股。本次供股未出现不合资格股东，相应亦无涉及不合资格股东的未售出股份。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在供股条件最终落实前审慎买卖公司股份，并考虑寻求专业意见。
